Different spaces have different needs... To keep things simple, we've broken down our services as follows:

First / One Time Deep Clean - $.25-$.30 per square foot. Typically a 1 bedroom 1 bath home around 1,000 sq. ft., will take 2-3 hours for the initial deep cleaning. Touch Up / Ongoing Service - $.15-$.20 per square foot. We strive to customize the service and cost to your space and desires. Once we've experienced the variables of your space, for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service, we will determine a fixed rate in harmony with the time it takes to clean your space, typical condition of the space, your desires, budget, and so forth.

Shampoo and Wet Extraction - $55 hourly. (Condition of Carpet varies greatly, thus an hourly rate works best here) Our equipment and processes take a little more effort than most other companies, but the results speak for themselves. This includes shampooing carpets and rugs, or wet extraction of any other surfaces including light water removal. All rates include use of our all natural - organic cleaners and essential oils.

Tile & Grout - $.15 per square foot. We clean deep into the grout with water, vinegar, baking soda and essential oils.. brushing away the bacteria while extracting the dirty rinse water with the Rainbow Cleaning System. This process ensures the dirty water is not simply absorbing back into where it came from, and leaves your tile looking amazingly renewed!!  

Air Treatment - $40 hourly. If you would like us to continue running our machines to further condition the Air in your space after we've finished the clean, we're happy to do so! We'll use fresh clean water and essential oils to take your air to the next level of purified. Each machine filters approximately 90 cu. ft. of air each minute. In a typical space we run them for 15-20 minutes in each room, or utilize the HVAC and fan system to move filtered air throughout the space. Let us know if your looking for a certain feel or smell and we can customize an essential oil blend just for you.
